"We purchased a lovely and extremely comfortable patio set approximately 4 years ago while living in Moncks Corner, SC. After recently relocating to Columbia, SC we noticed two of the chairs had areas on the back that were unraveling. I phoned the Mt. Pleasant store where we purchased this wonderful set and explained the issue. To my shock I was told NO PROBLEM...they would replace the two chairs!!!!!!!! No other experience ever in our many years of purchasing home items has ever been so easy and accommodating!!!!!!
